Wander along boardwalks and pathways through a number of distinct natural environments; Woodlands, Wetlands, Rainforest and Savannah. Meet some of the Wet Tropics’ most unique residents, including the Lumholtz Tree Kangaroo, the Southern Cassowary and the Estuarine Crocodile.

Our unique park stretches across 8 acres of land that has been specifically modified to mirror our animals’ natural environments. Meet Australian icons and get up close and personal with Emus and Kangaroos in our Savannah experience. You can even hand feed Wallabies and Kangaroos on our Wallaby Walk.

Our Wetlands exhibit features an array of unique wading birds foraging in their natural habitat. Notably, this habitat is home to our pair of Black-Necked Storks, which are the only successful breeding pair in captivity in the world!

Join one of our daily scheduled tours to learn more about our native animals. You can even cuddle a koala or have a photograph with a crocodile as part of our Feature Creature experience.
